New version of an image I made years ago for the first few incarnations of the Paper Politics exhibitions. The original was larger, with stencil and pencil handwriting. The buffalo image here was sourced from an early 19th century book on products which could be made from North American mammals. Special thanks to Rick Ring at the Special Collections Room of the Providence Public Library for scanning the image from their collection, enabling me to make a photopolymer printing plate. Printed on a Vandercook #4 at AS220 in Providence, RI.
