A couple years back, we here at Justseeds made a collective decision that every member/owner had to make at least one print per year which focused on or indirectly incorporated birds. I've been a bit behind on our Member Requirements, but I cranked out this carving last summer and then let it sit around my room for awhile before finding the right press to print it on. The carving was done on cast-off scraps of Marmoleum, a flooring product/linoleum substitute recommended to me by Pete. I know it looks like s/he's eating a berry, but it's actually a piece of red Nerds candy. Don't ask how that swooshy thing got in there...

For light but engaging reading about crows and other corvids and how utterly amazing and intelligent they are, I recommend Crow by Boria Sax.
