This is the third image in the “Extincion” series. A collection of prints attempting to take on the subjects of climate change, the destruction of ecosystems, plants, animals, and our contribution as a species to this devastation.

On this Linoleum blockprint a Golden Toad (Bufo periglenes) from Monte Verde, Costa Rica is shown.

This species was last seen in May of 1989. It is now officially declared Extinct.

En este grabado aparece el Sapo Dorado (Bufo periglenes) de Monte Verde, Costa Rica.

Esta especie fue vista por ultima vez en Mayo de 1989. Actualmente esta declarada extinta oficialmente.
