Artist Rafael Baca printed this poster during the APPO social movement in Oaxaca, Mexico in 2006. It was a time of incredible mobilization of all sectors of society, with the resignation of the governor Ulises Ruiz being the number one demand.

The banner held in the images translates to "Our Most Beautiful Dream is Your Worst Nightmare". Santiago helps with the translation of the text on the sides, it would be something like this:

"Se les acabo el veinte" is a reference to putting in money down for a
service, I.E. a pinball machine. which literally translates to somehting
like "your 20 cents are up"! though its a saying used for "your time is
up". Also: "Vamos por ustedes" equals "We are coming to get you"; in my broken English i would say "we are coming to get y'all"
