Indonesian printmaking cooperative Taring Padi produced these beautiful etchings as a calendar in 2006. They were reprinted by Eberhardt Press as a benefit for the group, and this is a gorgeous set of images. The grim flavors of war, the brutalities of the police state, resistance to civilization and exploitation, all depicted with characteristic sensitivity and insight.
