The text on this print comes from the poem On This Earth by the late, great Palestinian poet Mahmoud Darwish. I created the original version of this image, a woodblock with letterpressed type at the request of the Liberty Cabbage Theater Revival for their play An Olive on the Seder Plate. I created this new silkscreen version for our Voices from the Outside portfolio.
