Rally Against Ratner!

As we enter the summer months, the fight against massive urban development in the city will be warming up. The West Side Highway Stadium plans have been postponed until this Monday, setting up a dramatic situation that may have ramifications on whether or not the city will become home to the 2012 Olympics. In Brooklyn the opposition to a stadium and development complex situated around the Atlantic Railyards will be holding a rally this Tuesday, meeting up at Brooklyn Borough Hall at 5pm and arriving at City Hall at 6pm. news today = stadium no go in current site... though they say they are going to try and find a new
location in any one of the five boros... so who knows which way the wind will blow on this one...
